What this "impartial, objective" journalist, sadly does not suprise me.
placement at SLP, and sat next to Greg. His views concerning race, deeply concerned me, so to hear about his assult(maybe motiviated by personal dislike),does not suprise me at all. He was commonly referred to by the other work placement girls as "an idiot"...truely, not a nice man, objectively said of course.
I have contacted you before regarding an incident involving a group of kids who threw water bombs at me on Stockwell Road.
Since then I have been threatened by a group of 14/15 year old girls because I asked them to pick up litter they had thrown to the pavement. In fact, this has happen twice – two separate incidents.
This was a malicious, unprovoked attack. It was threatening, humiliating and intimidating.
I verbally confronted them from the pavement as they had covered my shirt, jeans and shoes with raw egg. Once I had confronted them, they then started to throw the eggs with force, aiming at my face. Bystanders made situation worse by pointing and laughing, goading the youths to attack further. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have been laughing if they had been under fire, but they did. What if I had been elderly? What if I had been disabled?
I am 41. I suffer from acute anxiety due to a succession of malicious attacks I have experienced over the last ten years. However, I chose to confront them mainly because I’m sick of these kids getting away with such appalling behavior.
I called the police but the telephonist said there wasn’t a great deal she could do as I had moved away from the scene. I did give my phone number but have heard nothing since.
And so, I would now like to ask you what your intentions are with regards to Stand Up For Stockwell. From where I stand, the local youths are becoming a law unto themselves and I’m wondering if there’s some way I could get involved with pushing for a more friendly, safe and tolerant community?

How do you know that the Truscott assault was homophobic?
Dear Councilors Bigham, Bowyer and Walker,
I hope this email finds you well.

Last Saturday, my partner and I were attacked by 2 youths and a man in his thirties who threw in excess of 30 eggs at us whilst walking along Landor Road. They were on 4th or 5th floor of building on corner of Willington Rd. We were on our way to a café, minding our own business and trying to enjoy our day.
